Je pense qu'il s'agit d'un pic bois multicolores  c'est ce qu'un livre me donne en tout cas :

Bel oiseau, bien capté. Il y a un phénomène de mimétisme assez extraordinaire, si l'on excepte la petite tache rouge derrière la tête !

Il se fait très discret dans cette nature, beau spécimen, dommage pour le manque de netteté sur la tête.
