Le plus petit des membres de la famille des grèbes, il est plus adapté à la nage qu’au vol. Oiseau très discret, il plonge à la moindre alerte, pour reparaître un peu plus loin ou se cache avec talent dans la végétation haute des rives. Mais il est si mignon…
