Si c'est une ligne désaffectée il n'est pas prêt d'avoir quelqu'un au bout du fil  de ce téléphone de passage à niveau , mais la photo est bien réalisée avec un personnage incongru .

Oui une ligne désaffectée et un téléphone qui ne l'est pas moins mais il a peut être une ligne privée.
