Je tente une explication puisque près de chez moi, il y a des bornes fontaines en plein boisé! :) 

C’était un ancien site d’usine de munition de la seconde guerre mondiale a l’écart de la ville. Les bâtiments ont été rasés, mais il reste quelques infrastructures d’aqueduc et d’égouts.

Ça fait une photo intéressante! :) 

Merci pour l'anecdote c'est hyper intéressant ! Je sais pas s'il y a eu ce genre d'histoire par chez moi, mais c'est possible :)
