Sur cet objectif a F16 et grossissement x5, la profondeur de champs est de 0.15mm (de mémoire) ca donne une idée de la complexité a la prise de vue. A F2.8 grossissement x5 on est dans les 0.04mm je crois (je check ce soir dans le carnet).

Je corrige, 

Grossissement x5 a f16 la profondeur de champs est de 0,286mm

grossissement x5 a f16 la profondeur de champs est de 0,050mm

Pour voir ce que ca peut représenter en focus stacking il faut donc 20 photos pour faire une photo avec 1mm de profondeur de champs a x5 f2.8 ... donc sur une mouche de 7-8mm ca devient lourd 😄
